When looking at a Week or Work Week view of your calendar you can move around it using these handy Alt key shortcuts. Press Alt + Home to go to the first day of the week and Alt + End to move to the last day. Use Alt + Down arrow to go to next week and Alt + Up Arrow to go to the previous week. Alt + Page Up takes you one month back and Alt + Page Down takes you one month forwards.
