When you have a more than one email account your Outlook folder pane may become crowded making it difficult to find those folders that you use most often. To simplify finding your often used folders, right click each in turn and choose Show in Favorites. These folders will then appear in the Favorites area above the Folder list in Outlook’s Mail module.
