When you copy text from the web or from an email, often end of line code will be a manual line break (also called a Soft Return) and not a Paragraphs mark (also called a Hard line break). To replace manual line breaks with paragraph marks click the Home tab and click Replace in the Editing Group. Click in the Find What box, click More and then Special > Manual Line Break. Click in the Replace With box and click Special > Paragraph mark. Click Replace All.
