When browsing the internet, you may see a link you want to read without leaving the page you have currently open, or you may want to open several websites from a Google search. You can do that by opening the website in a new tab.
If you are using a mouse, simply click the link you want to open in a new tab using the scroll wheel between the two buttons on your mouse.
