Excel can automatically fill number, month and day sequences. For a month or day, type the first entry, such as Monday, and then click on the cell handle and drag down as many cells as desired and Excel will insert the rest of the days of the week.
For a number, type the first couple of entries for the sequence, and then select then use the cell handle to drag down using the right button of the mouse. When you release the button, select “Fill series”
